Our rock climbing courses cover everything from movement fundamentals to multi-pitch rope systems. Sessions take place on natural crags around the Kathmandu Valley, with certified instructors and all technical equipment provided.

Whether you are a complete beginner or preparing for technical sections on a Himalayan peak, you will build the balance, footwork and confidence needed to climb safely on rock.
